Children are like sponges when they are little so it's good to get them started as early as possible. We recommend any time from around 3 months until they start school.
No, Baby Band is about teaching little people the joys of engaging in music. We also want to give parents, who are not necessarily musical themselves, strategies to help their little ones when listening to unfamiliar music. For these reasons, it's important to us that you stay with your child and work together on your music skills.
No, we need to know we have enough equipment at each venue so we can't accommodate extra musicians dropping in. However, there are lots of one-off events to sign up to that involve a Baby Band style session if you want to see more first. Visit the Events tab for more information. You can read more about payments in the Terms and Conditions.
Each child will have a set of percussion instruments and will be guided on how to use them as we explore different elements of music from week to week. We will play and sing along to a wide variety of new songs, classic nursery rhymes and experience lots of different styles together. For more information about the benefits of learning music click here.
